Spurs have formally qualified for European Football next season, as a result of their excellent draw at Highbury on Saturday! I shall reflect upon this great achievement in more detail in the days to come. Here are the statistics regarding the points we need to secure 4th, 5th or 6th place:-

For 4th place (CL): 6 points (the number of points Spurs need to win OR Arsenal need to lose)

For 5th place (UEFA cup): 2 points (the number of points Spurs need to win OR Blackburn need to lose)

For 6th place (UEFA cup): THIS IS THE LOWEST THAT WE CAN FINISH!

Note that mathematically, Arsenal COULD still fail to qualify for Europe at all! They could finish as low as 8th place! I just thought I would point that out:)
