You have to go back to February this year to find comparable performance figures for one month, but Glenn did reach these sort of heights 4 times in all last season. The figures for October have already been soured by a dismal home defeat against Bolton, and with Arsenal to follow, things do not look too bright for November.
A big difference this month is that the team conceded only 1 goal this month against 7 in September. Unsurprisingly, the mark for defensive ability has improved considerably, although the score ratio still leaves a bit to be desired.
