Brian Judson was unable to offer his usual insight to preview this game. The records prior to this match are dismal regarding the number of wins for Spurs in 9 Premier League meetings so far, and none away from home.
We have played Leicester almost precisely at 6 monthly intervals over the last two seasons. It is 18 months to the day since we last visited Filbert Street in a Monday night game. Heskey and Izzet scored the "Foxes" goals after Les Ferdinand had given us a 12th minjute lead.
We lost both the home games that have been played since that last trip. In April last year Martin O'Neill's side gained full revenge for our Worthingto Cup win at Wembley which had been played just two weeks before. Then, on October 3rd this season, we lost at home again.
It's time for a Spurs win!
