West Ham lie rooted to the bottom of the table, despite having played 3 of their 4 games at home, where they obtained just 1 point, and that against Arsenal. Even if they beat us, (and I really think that unlikely), the Hammers will stay bottom, because of their poor goal difference.
In a sense they could not have picked a worse time to play us, because surely, Spurs will be determined to get their winning ways back, after that great setback on Wednesday night. I hear that Jamie Redknapp will be fit, and that Robbie Keane will make his debut. Keane has scored two goals on debuts for Wolves and Coventry, so, Robbie, we will be only too happy for the trend to continue. If he does score two then the second will be his fiftieth league goal.
Spurs have scored in each of their last 12 games, and we haven't had a 0-0 since the opening day of last season. We are unbeaten in the last 7 home and away games against this opposition, who seem to rate us as their great enemies, whereas we don't care so much about them.
There should be a few goals, and I'm going for a 3-1 to Spurs.
