Spurs Reserves Picture Parade - 03.09.07

Spurs Reserves' Picture Parade (03.09.07)

With many thanks to Elaine and Bruce Lewis for their kind permission to use these pictures, here is a gallery of snaps from Monday night's game against Birmingham, starting with a series of Adel Taarabt:-

He doesn't look happy here either, does he?

He doesn't look happy here, does he? I bet Clive Allen wasn't either - on the occasions when Taarabt's runs ended with no final pass or decent attempt on goal.

I get the impression that Adel was not too pleased at the prospect of defending. Chris Hughton's son Cian can be seen in the background, along with goalkeeper Radek Cerny

Striker Andy Barcham scored the winning goal on Monday, thanks to a first-time Boateng ball over the defence. Here he is seen in the Birmingham 6-yard box waiting to pounce upon a corner

This is Chris Riley, who replaced Michael Dawson on Monday night. Riley played at right back, and Phil Ifil took over at centre-back. Riley missed a lot of action last year through injury, but he is a promising right back, who showed his pace when recovering from a difficult position on Monday

Michael Dawson needed some minutes in this game. It is very unusual to see him in a Spurs Reserve match!

Hands up! Who's this? It's Kevin-Prince Boateng!
