What "Katy" did
There was me thinking "What Katie/Katy did" was a childrens' book (and it was), but I also found out it is a brand name for lingerie!
The headline relates to an inadvertently mispelt tweet I sent from Goodison Park after Harry Kane hit the post early in the game. The tweet read:- "How did that Kate shot stay out? Bring back square wooden posts!"
Inevitably, I got a few telling replies about that, and I've included a relevant comment in the extracts offered below in this week's survey:-
"Fair result in the end, perhaps we should have won given the possession we had."
"Eriksen not at his best recently, needs one of his quality free kicks to get him going."
"How come now I am now disappointed with a point away from home.Spurs have come along way these last few years.Dare to dream."
"Eriksen is definitely out-of-sorts at the moment and Vertongen committed the grave offence of trying to get out of the way of Lennon's shot leading to the goal but otherwise he had a good game containing, for the most part, Lukaku. Carroll had a decent game but his ball retention and passing accuracy are too inconsistent."
"Probably one of Davies' best games in a Spurs shirt"
"Kane looks thoroughly exhausted and lacking in energy. The boy needs a rest! The other three weren't on long enough to be properly judged"
"Onomah gets a five for patience, the ball just wouldn't run for Kate, sorry Kane, lol, today"
"I noticed that we, as the away team, had twice as many shots as the home team."
I'm still training the spellchecker of my upgraded phone! Dele Alli won your man of the match vote.
